GLOBAL G.A.P.
GlobalG.A.P. is a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) recognized audit scheme for the certification of produce sector products, from growing operations to minimally-processed (fresh-cut) produce products.
Depending on the operation being audited, GlobalG.A.P. audits include Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), Good Agricultural Practices (GAP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)
SENASICA SRRC
SENASICA SRRC (Sistemas de Reducción de Riesgos de Contaminación) is an audit scheme developed by the Mexican government that includes measures and procedures to reduce the dangers of contamination and ensure optimum production and processing conditions.
Depending on the operation being audited, SRRC audits include Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), Good Agricultural Practices (GAP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
USDA-APHIS
Our packinghouse and operational procedures are registered and certified by USDA-APHIS for export to the United States.
Also, we have import permits issued by USDA-APHIS for banana, watermelon, jackfruit, mango, papaya, and pineapple.
SAGARPA-SENASICA
Our packinghouse and operational procedures are registered and certified by SAGARPA-SENASICA for export to the United States.
FDA
Our packinghouse is registered in accordance with the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002.
ASEFIMEX
We are members of the Asociación de Empacadores de Frutas Irradiadas de México, A.C., a organization that standardizes work plans, and certifies the packinghouses who use phytosanitary irradiation facilities to treat certain products.
Irradiation treatment may be required for certain products to prevent the spread of the fruit fly into protected markets.
GS1 Mexico
We are members of GS1 México, a not-for-profit organization that develops and maintains global standards for business communication, including barcodes and unique identification keys.
Registering and applying GS1 barcodes and identification keys to labeling enhances efficiency throughout the supply chain, and offers transparent product traceability.
